BERLIN, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said on Saturday that there were no more risks of contagion in the eurozone, while warning that European Central Bank's current monetary policy might weaken member countries' incentive for structural reforms.

In a business conference in Berlin, Schaeuble said that with a stable euro, and narrow spreads between the bonds of Germany and crisis countries, there are no risks of contagion anymore in the common currency bloc.

Earlier this week, a survey by Center for European Economic Research (ZEW) found that investors' confidence for the eurozone economic outlook improved further in November. ZEW's corresponding indicator increased by 1.1 points to 60.2 points.

The eurozone future no longer concerned financial markets, said Schaeuble.

The minister also warned that ECB's low interest policy might weaken member states' incentives for structural reforms.

We have to be careful about structural reforms incentives, he said.

In a speech in the same conference earlier this week, ECB president Mario Draghi defended ECB's decision to cut eurozone interest rate to a historically low level of 0.25 percent, saying that the decision was made while considering eurozone as a whole instead of individual countries.
