今天是国庆节长假的第一天，爸爸妈妈因为太忙，并没有带我出去玩。可我在家里也体会到了快乐的滋味。

煎荷包蛋，我从来没有做过呀!因为平时学习紧张，我哪有时间做这些麻烦的家务事。唉!还是学着妈妈的样子做吧。我先把锅放在炉子上，然后倒好油。听妈妈说过：油热了，才能放鸡蛋。谁知，就在我拿鸡蛋的时候，锅里的油吱吱地响着，冒起烟来。我急忙跑到锅旁，可是烟越升越高，立刻把我包围了。我一边咳嗽，一边慌忙拿起鸡蛋，在碗边敲开，把蛋青和蛋黄一起倒进锅里，。哪知，锅里有水，油在锅里噼噼啪啪地爆开了，油飞溅出来，我手忙脚乱地抓起布把锅端下来，锅里的鸡蛋也成了四不像

我的脸熏得通红，火辣辣的，真不想再煎了。面对眼前的情景，我又不由得想爸妈忙了一天，每天回到家还要做家务活，多辛苦啊!想到这儿，我重新放好油，不慌不忙地开始煎了。这次，非常成功，那黄澄澄的蛋黄的点缀，还有那白嫩的蛋清和我通红的小脸蛋，真像一朵黄蕊雪莲花。我又顺利地把第二个煎蛋弄好了。爸妈回来后，露出了欣慰的笑容，只夸我懂事了，我心里美滋滋的，因为我体会到了用自己的劳动换来大家的幸福是多么愉快啊!
